RETURN POLICY

Our goal at Trace The Label is to give you great quality clothes for a great price. We want you to fall in love with our clothes and customer service. We will accept returns in exchange for store credit only. All sales are final on bodysuits for sanitary reasons. All exchange credit will be of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase.  The shipping fee is nonrefundable. 

All purchases are final. For exchanges, the clothes must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and in new condition for exchange credit. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not exchange without an original receipt.  You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue an exchange credit.

We will only exchange 1 time. Please contact us at Tracethelabel3@gmail.com and we will forward you exchange instructions. During sales, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.

We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back clothes.

Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 days. If you know what you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the clothes. We will process your exchange and new order all at once.

When ordering please ensure the correct address. 

 

Order Verification

The safety and security of our customers are the utmost priority of Trace The Label. To this end, Trace The Label seeks to create an optimal shopping environment against identity theft and fraud by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers. Trace The Label has created a highly sophisticated algorithm that prompts verification in the following cases but is not limited to:

  • The billing address on the customer’s order does not match the credit card used in the transaction
  • The shipping address provided in the order is different than the billing address
  • Unusual shopping patterns

Orders subject to verification may require supporting documentation before the order has shipped. To ensure a successful transaction, please ship your order to the billing address listed for your credit card. CANCELLATION POLICY

Trace The Label will process orders between 1-2 business days. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly refund your order with proof of cancellation attempt within 48 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund we will have to have the clothes back in our possession before the refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in their original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and in saleable condition for refund. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not refund without the original receipt.  You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue a refund.

CANCELLATION 

Trace The Label reserve the right to cancel your order and/or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations.

  • If the information given by the customer is deemed fraudulent

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All customers are responsible for their own shipping, duty fees, and customs charges. Trace The Label will not pay those fees. The amount of the fees depends on the country's rules and regulations which is outside of Trace The Label prices.

Shipping and delivery can take up to 10 business days to receive.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Trace The Label values customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Trace The Label users.

Trace The Label is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information and personal information to any third party without your permission. If you were linked to our site by another site, we cannot be responsible or held liable for their actions.

We may disclose your personal information only if required by law to do so or you have violated our terms of service.

The security of your personal information is important to us. Credit card payments are encrypted through SSL. This is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy at any time. We recommend that you review our site frequently for any changes.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

In order to use the TraceTheLabel website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support, and accounts, including email. Any information collected by Trace The Label is collected via your input or correspondence from you to us. This may be via telephone or email. We collect Full name, Email address, shipping address, phone number, billing address and credit/debit card information.

IDENTITY CONSENT

By using Trace The Label, you represent that the information that is given to us is true.  

FRAUD

We will actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you to verify your identity to verify this transaction is legitimate. If so, this may cause some delays on your shipping time. Its best to make sure your shipping address matches your billing address to ensure quick delivery.
